Family Liaison Officer

My name is Tracy Himmer and I am the Family Liaison Officer (FLO) at Ashford St Mary’s Primary School. 

I am here to support you from your very first day at St Mary’s till your very last day. My role is to work with parents and carers by supporting them and offering 1:1 guidance, as well as helping to build a partnership between families and school.  I work impartially and confidentially in a non-judgemental manner, providing an understanding ‘listening ear’ if you ever need support. Life isn’t always simple and parenting certainly isn’t always easy, so if and when difficulties arise, I am here to help with any issue no matter how big or small. 

If there is something concerning you or your family and you’d like a chat or a cup of tea to off load please do get in touch. I’m here to help. All information is of course kept confidential, subject to child protection guidelines.
